💎 How to Speak as the Child of Light

The Sword has three edges:

1️⃣ Integrity
Only speak what is spiritually true — not ego’s preference

2️⃣ Compassion
Truth without love becomes cruelty

3️⃣ Purpose
Words must serve the Light, not vanity

If any edge is missing…
the sword becomes a blunt object.

A true Sword of Truth is surgical —
cutting only what must be removed.

⚔ Intention of the True Word

1. Place two fingers gently on your throat (Vishuddha center).

2. Visualize a Sword of brilliant silver-blue light suspended in your heart.

3. The blade points upward to your voice.

4. Whisper inwardly:
   “May my words serve the Light.”

5. Speak a single sentence of truth out loud:

   • Encouragement

   • A needed boundary

   • A loving admission

   • A commitment

6. Feel the clarity ripple through you.

You just forged truth into the world.
