⚖ Equilibrium Meditation

1. Sit with palms open on each knee.

2. Visualize a golden scale balanced before your heart.

3. Place your truth onto one side
   (a recent action, choice, or thought).

4. Place its impact on the other side
   (how it shaped someone’s experience).

5. Observe: Does the scale tilt?

6. If yes — adjust inwardly:
   apologize, forgive, correct, or commit to better.

7. When the scale balances, affirm:
   “I stand in harmony with my Light.”

This is justice as inner artistry.

For a long time, I avoided facing my imbalances.
It felt easier to look away.

But now I see…

Balance is freedom.
Honesty is peace.
